Kevin is the President of Praedium Real Estate Services. He and his wife, Diane, founded it in 1995. Along with being the broker of record, Kevin is also licensed in Pennsylvania as an attorney and state certified general real estate appraiser.
 
An Pittsburgh area resident since 1974, Kevin is a 1982 graduate of Carnegie Mellon University.
 
He is a 1985 graduate of The Duquesne University School of Law. Kevin is a member of the Realtors of Metropolitan Pittsburgh (RAMP), having served as President in 2011. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, having served on its’ Board of Directors for a number of years.
 
Kevin is also a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association as well as the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Within a year of his graduation from North Allegheny High School, Trevor earned his real estate salesperson license. He earned his broker license in 2024. Trevor is a 2020 graduate of the Corbett School of Business at the University of Maine, having graduated with a BS in Marketing.
